Master is a recommendation service for selecting specialists and masters. The project was created by the CYPRUSWEB development team. The goal of the project is to gather true professionals in their field on its pages - from English tutors to plumbers and electricians. On Master, you can find profiles of specialists with detailed descriptions of services, prices, and examples of work.
How to choose a good specialist?
The site has a rating and review system. You can rely on the overall average rating of a specialist, which is present in each profile, and read client reviews. All reviews are checked before appearing on the site. The administration verifies their authenticity and contacts both the reviewer and the specialist if necessary.
How to become a part of our site?
To become a part of our site and start promoting your services, you need to fill out a profile. After the profile is reviewed by the administration, you will appear in the list of specialists, and the profile will start bringing you new clients. The review usually takes no more than one working day.
Important! When filling out the profile, provide correct information and service prices. Otherwise, your profile will not pass moderation.
What to do if my specialization is not listed?
The catalog of specialists will be constantly updated and expanded. All you need to do is inform us about the services you provide, and we will consider adding this specialization as soon as possible.
My profile is blocked. Why?
This could happen for several reasons. Perhaps you provided false information or were unable to verify it, or uploaded a photo where your face is not visible, or it does not belong to you. Also, the profile may not pass moderation if it is filled out in an inappropriate specialization or category. The profile can be blocked by the administration if several complaints have been received from clients until the circumstances are clarified. In this case, we recommend contacting the administration immediately so we can help you return the profile to the site and continue working.
Important! Master stands for honest and transparent deals. We strive to gather only those specialists on our pages who are ready to openly provide quality services. The site administration checks each profile, and if the provided information seems suspicious, it reserves the right not to allow the profile on the site. To post a profile, we will ask you to confirm your identity in any convenient way for you.
Why are reviews important?
Reviews and ratings are an essential element of the recommendation service. Reviews help site visitors decide on a specialist and understand their strengths. To appear at the top of the specialist lists, you need to collect reviews. All you need to do is to share your profile with your clients so they can share their experiences after receiving your services.
If you notice that reviews appear on your page with which you do not agree, please contact the site administration. We will verify the authenticity of the review and contact its author.
What is a "verified account"?
Since we want to raise security standards for transactions conducted through Master, there is a "Verified Account" service. This status indicates that the user has provided Master administration with personal data and confirmed their identity. After verification, the account receives a special green badge. To obtain the "Verified Account" status, go to profile settings and follow the instructions.

How to create a company profile?
Any user can choose how they want to be represented on Master. If you want to create a company profile, simply select "Company" during registration and follow the instructions. If you already have a profile on Master, your data and reviews will be saved, you just need to complete the necessary fields about your company.
Attention! Only one profile can be posted per user. If you want to create both a company profile and individual specialist profiles, you need to create an account for each specialist and a separate account for the company.
