Why do I need promotion on Master?

Promotion helps specialists build a client base and establish themselves. With the promotion service, you will expand your audience and attract more potential clients, which can lead to an increase in potential orders, reviews, and ratings.

How will my profile be promoted?

After purchasing the "Promo" package, your profile will be displayed in four sections simultaneously.

  • Your profile will be listed in one of the top positions in the general list of masters in your category.
  • In the special "Recommended Specialists" section on the homepage.
  • In the search results list on the site, your profile will appear among the top results.

Important! Profiles are promoted randomly, regardless of rating, and are distributed proportionally among all users who have purchased the "Promo" package.

How to purchase the "Promo" package?

You can purchase the "Promo" package in your personal account on our website. Go to the "Profile Promotion" section, review the offer, and click the "Buy" button. The service will be active for 30 calendar days.

How to renew the "Promo" package?

If the package expires, you can renew it manually or use the automatic renewal option. To manually renew the "Promo" package after it expires, go to your personal account and activate the service again by clicking the "Buy" button.

What does automatic renewal of the "Promo" package mean?

If you do not want to renew the package manually every month, you can activate the special automatic renewal option on the "Profile Promotion" page by checking the box in the corresponding section. Every 30 days, the cost of the "Promo" package will be automatically charged from your Master account.

How to stop automatic renewal of the package?

You can stop the automatic renewal of the package by unchecking the box in the corresponding section in your personal account. If you stop the automatic renewal, your profile will continue to be promoted for the duration of the paid period. To cancel the promotion immediately, you need to disable the "Promo" package.

How to disable the "Promo" package?

If you no longer want to use the profile promotion service, you can disable it in the "Profile Promotion" section by selecting the "Stop Promotion" option. Your profile will no longer be displayed in the paid sections.

Important! You can disable the service at any time, but funds for the paid but unused period are not refunded.
